I grabbed a few things from shophonu.com, it was nice that the stock info on the site was accurate. Everything I ordered actually shipped, and nothing got randomly cancelled after checkout like I’ve had happen on other sites.
One item was a little slow to show tracking updates, but it still arrived without any issues. Overall, solid experience, and I’d give it 4 stars for having inventory that seems dependable

"Nice design, just one small thing"
I ordered a couple of things from shophonu, the design is really nice, clean, simple, and not too flashy. The colors looked pretty much the same as they did online, which I appreciated.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the finish on one part could be a little smoother, nothing major, though. It still looks good on my desk, and overall, I’m happy with it.

I ordered from shophonu.com and, at least from what I could tell, the product showed up just like it was described. The color, size, and little details all matched the photos and info, so I didn’t have that moment of wondering if I’d ordered the wrong thing.

"Refund showed up faster than I thought"
I ended up having to cancel my order and requested a refund. From the tone of their reply, I kind of assumed it might take a while, so I wasn’t expecting much right away. Surprisingly, shophonu.com sent the money back within a few days. Support wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but they were decent. I’m giving 4 stars because the refund timing was better than expected, though clearer updates would’ve made the whole thing less uncertain

I bought this from honu a while ago it’s been holding up really well. I use it almost every day and haven’t noticed any cracks or loose parts so far. Happy with how durable it’s been. Has anyone else had the same experience with theirs?

"Support helped, but the wait was frustrating"
Customer service did eventually get back to my email, and to be fair, they were polite and fixed the issue. But it took longer than I expected, and I was getting annoyed having to keep checking my inbox and wondering if I needed to follow up. It felt like a waste of energy for something that could’ve been sorted faster. Overall, they helped in the end, but quicker replies would make a big difference.

"Honestly better than I expected"
